WHO WE ARE

We Are Hard Working Professionals Who Strive For Perfection On Every Project.

We are Vitro Seating Products, a Saint Louis, MO based manufacturer founded in 1929 by the late R.C. Scott.

We began significantly expanding our product line in the early 1930s, adding wooden and upholstered stool seats.  We continued this expansion in the mid-1930s and early 1940s with the introduction of the “Tubular Chrome Era”, featuring partnering chairs and barstools along with sectional booth seating.  This era later evolved with the addition of fully upholstered booths and even a limited line of wood chairs, further bolstering our wide selection of products.

With the culminating influence of the 1950’s “Pizzaz”, we perfected the iconic look of the Vitro “Retro” booths, chairs, and barstools, later adding our tabletop line.

We certainly have experienced many drastic changes since the 1930s.  In addition to our “Classic Retro Products”, we’ve introduced several new product lines full of new and aesthetically redesigned products.  Continuing to focus on the superior level of service we provide, we developed and established a new design department offering space planning, décor and furniture consultation, and project management from design concept to installation, thus providing a “Total Package” with one-stop shopping.

Whether it’s old school or an elegant touch of class, one thing that remains is our pledge to provide the finest quality of furnishings for the restaurant and hospitality markets.
